Oiva Pyykki mug

The stunning Pyykki print is reminiscent of the sweet memories of summer mornings with freshly washed laundry flapping in the wind. Inspired by the familiar and random aesthetics of laundry day, Jenni Tuominen first drew the shapes of the pattern on a piece of paper, then cut them out, painted them with opaque paint, and composed a rhythmic pattern that pairs delicate brushstrokes with the paper cutting technique.
