Shipping fees are non-refundable. The same is true for surcharges applied for the shipment of large items and shipment to remote areas.
A US$5.00 flat fee applies to each return request. (Please note that returns totalling less than US$10.00 are not accepted on our website. If you have any questions, please contact one of our customer representatives at our toll free number 1-877-666-1840.)
