• Rock Barren Bitters (30 ml): A tribute to the Muskoka landscape, with local cranberries, wild-picked juniper, and birch syrup to delight the gin-drinkers (they're also a hit in Manhattans and vodka-based cocktails!)
• Spiced Maple Bitters (30 ml): Take your creamy cocktails to the next level with aromatic wild sarsaparilla root, fragrant cardamom pods and flavourful maple syrup!
• Citrus & Roots Bitters (30 ml): Dandelion, burdock, lemon balm, and lemon peel come together to enhance any cocktail, give your sparkling water a kick, and even help your digestion!
• Forest Fire Bitters (30 ml): Cedar branches are slowly roasted over a fire before being infused in locally distilled smoked rye whisky to add a unique woody flavour to your cocktails
