• Strawberry & Sumac Shrub (250 ml): Perfectly ripe strawberries picked at a local organic farm and apple cider vinegar infused with sumac, for a taste of summer all year round!
• Cranberry & Spruce Shrub (250 ml): Your favourite flavours of the holiday season, thanks to Muskoka-grown cranberries and spruce-infused apple cider vinegar
• Rock Barren Bitters (30 ml): A tribute to the Muskoka landscape, with local cranberries, wild-picked juniper, and birch syrup to delight the gin-drinkers (they're also a hit in Manhattans and vodka-based cocktails!)
• Spruce Tip Sugar (50 g): With their delicious lemony taste, young spruce tips blend beautifully with organic cane sugar to make a wonderful rim for glasses, but also an amazing addition to all your recipes!
