Our agri-food heritage has deep roots. Local consumption and a sustainable food supply are one of the best ways of preserving it. Through her watercolour and ink pieces, illustrator Laurence Deschamps-Léger seeks to raise awareness of the importance of supporting the biodiversity that so perfectly flavours our local cuisine. This poster features well-known members of the Liliaceae family: onions that are beloved in Quebec in both winter and summer, and all their layers!
