The product looks great and exactly as pictured! However mine came cracked in multiple places, I emailed customer service and I was never given a reply even though it states I would get a reply in 72 hours. Not satisfied but a damaged item and no response from customer service.

Fits ordinary size tissue box perfectly. There are slight imperfections in the look of the bamboo "stripes", but this is part of the character of the natural fibres.
